RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include answering multi-line phone system, taking and delivering messages, greeting customers, maintaining call activity logs and vendor contracts, organizing meetings, seminars and mass mailings, ordering office supplies, setup and maintain files and providing administrative/clerical support to office and field personnel. Must have pleasant phone voice, be able to type 40wpm, and basic MS Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge. Must pass drug screen and background check.
